Perkins + Will has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop on this site:
• A 7-storey mixed-use building containing Industrial Use (ground floor), General Office Use (2nd – 4th floors), and Digital Entertainment and Information Communication Technology Use (3rd – 7th floors); all over 4 levels of
underground parking providing a total of 77 parking spaces having vehicular access from the lane;• A Floor Space Ratio of 5.00 (approximately 58,300 sq.ft.); and
• A maximum building height of 109.9 ft.
Under the site’s existing I-1A zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
