DYS Architecture has applied to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop this site with an affordable residential rental building. The proposal includes the following:
A 7 storey residential affordable rental building;
51 dwelling units over one level of underground parking.
Under the site’s proposed CD-1 zoning, the application is “conditional” so it may be permitted; however, it requires the decision of the Director of Planning.
