The Adanac is a set of three 5-unit complexes on Adanac St, just East of Commercial Drive. The Developer, AREE Holdings, has already built two 5 unit complexes (at 1851 Adanac and 1855 Adanac) and is in the midst of developing the third phase.
The complexes are very similar, though there are some differences thanks to differing City of Vancouver Buildings codes between the years the phases have been built, along with new materials and improvements to the floor plans based on what the Developer learned from the first two phases.
The first phase was built and sold upon completion of the Development, while Phase 2 was pre-sold and Phase 3 is currently available for pre-sale.
The units in The Adanac are individual townhouses, with at least 3 levels, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1200sqft, ground floor patios, and rooftop patios with amazing views of the City and Mountains. Some units have basement “media rooms” for extra space and storage. The units are all completely separate from each other in terms of utilities, and each unit has a single parking spot or carport at the back of the property. There is a common mechanical room with bike storage.
