My clients are looking for a livable and well maintained home in the Commercial Drive neighbourhood. The biggest feature this home needs to have is a basement suite (or secondary suite) in great condition, with little to no stairs to get in, for an elderly family member. The property would need to have a garden or grassy yard as well. We can be flexible on a number of other features. My client’s will pay market value and will make the purchase process easy and quick, though possession wouldn’t need to be for a few months, and potentially longer.
