BLOCK 100 SPECS

Block 100 will be one of the biggest towers in the Main Street area when it’s completed. It will feature two tall towers with a connecting bridge between the two. There will be a total of 231 units with a range of square footages (465 sqft to 1115sqft) in the form of studios, 1 bedrooms, 1 bedroom + dens, 2 bedrooms, 2 bedroom + dens, 3 bedrooms and townhomes. Block 100 is still in pre-construction, however units range in price from $268,900 to $711,900 in pre-sale.
