The median and average sales prices also dropped slightly with the median sitting at $315,000 and the average sitting at $348,094. The most expensive East Vancouver Condo sale is the sub-penthouse at Viceroy across from Science World. This 1048sqft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has 3 parking stalls, a storage locker, sweeping views of the City and Mountains from the 500sqft patio. This unit was listed for $828,000 and sold 83 days later for $750,000.

One of the least expensive condos sold in East Van last month was a 612sqft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home at Eton and Nanaimo in Vancouver Heights. The home has in suite laundry, storage, parking and panoramic views of the Water and Mountains. It was listed for $249,800 and sold 7 days later for $248,000.
