Every home listed between $600k and $800k sold (likely to small scale developers or Buyers with big renovation dreams) while the $900k to $1.25-Million market had an 81% absorption rate. Overall, prices increased to an average of $1.2-Million and a median of $1.12-Million, which is 23% and 27% more than prices at this time last year.
