I’m going to chose some of my favourite listings, from the condo, townhouse/duplex, and detached markets and let you know that they should be on your list if they’re within your criteria. Keep in mind, these picks are some of my faves, but they might not work for you and your situation! I’m choosing these because of the space, the price and the quality. You get the extras like a gas fireplace and stove, high ceilings and parking (of course). The building is in great shape too and the area is top notch.

For young families, these townhouses are a great choice.

The owner kept the exterior look in addition to some details inside the home, but added a high quality renovation, fantastic indoor/outdoor living and a great backyard space embracing a big beautiful tree. The location puts you in the middle of Commercial Drive. This one is definitely worth a look!
