Average and median price are in the mid-$300,000’s, and 77% of sales this month were under $400,000. The average price per sqft is close to the $500 mark, which when divided by the average price, shows an average unit size of 714sqft (often, older units in East Van will have higher sqft for a lower cost, as compared to the newer units). Most of the condo sales in East Vancouver last month were in Mount Pleasant and Collingwood.
