The East Vancouver Detached House Market had a 65% sales to active ratio – the highest it has been in a number of years, with one of the lowest inventory numbers we’ve seen in the same amount of time. The average price was $1.3-million, while the median price was $1.23-million, which is quite the difference from a year ago where the average price was $1.039-million and the median price was $989,000. One of the least expensive houses sold in East Van last month was this 1920’s house offering 3 bedrooms (including a 1 bedroom mortgage helper), 2 bathrooms and just under 1500sqft in Renfrew Heights. The home is in good condition and sits on a smaller 26’x112′ lot. The property was listed for $748,000 and sold 7 days later for $774,500.
