east vancouver detached houses market update

The East Van House market remains the most active market with a 62% sales to active ratio and a 63% increase in sales over last month. Prices dropped slightly, to just over $1-million. Take a look at the days on market – only 12 days – that says a lot about just how quickly this market is moving. The houses with 4 bedrooms or less had a 85% sales to active ratio last month, along with the highest number of sales. It’s a busy market with no signs of stopping. We don’t think it’ll continue at the pace it’s been going, but there’s no telling in when it will slow down.
