It is a duplex zoned lot, but the house is currently being rented out with a total income of $2200/month. Listed for $779,000, this house sold for $740,000 30 days later.

The most expensive house sold last month in East Van was this brand new home built at East 21st and Main St. The modern home has 2700sqft of living space with a two bedroom legal suite in the basement. The location is highly desirable right now, being West of Main St. Listed for $1,898,000, this home sold 31 days later for $1,955,000 (the sale price probably includes the 5% New Home GST).
