Charlie and I were VIPs at an exclusive information session for Landa Global’s new condo development at Main and E 20th Ave. You may have driven by the site or have seen our earlier post about it, but we finally have some information for you!

Finishings at Main & 20th
Landa went with high end finishings like Quartz counters, Italian tile and cabinetry, and Miele appliances for this project. There will be two colour schemes: light wood and dark wood.
Th building will offer a communal courtyard with garden and lounge space, bike storage, underground parking, ground floor commercial/retail/restaurant, and the standard 2-5-10 year Developer’s warranty.
2 Bedroom Condos at Main & 20th
The floor plans have some really cool elements to them. Thanks to an interior courtyard, the 2 bedroom units have windows on two dies (both facing the courtyard and facing the outside of the condo) so you’ll have some nice air flow and good natural light.
The 2 bedroom units have between 713sqft and 945sqft, some with large outdoor spaces up to 658sqft.
The kitchens are wither linear or L-shaped, with a large flex room across the kitchen, which would be fantastic as a pantry space, extra storage, small home office (or a combination of different purposes). There is a small entry way into the unit with an elusive coat closet. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with shower) while the second bedroom and bathroom are close for easy access. There is a balcony, your own hot water tank and in suite laundry.
1 Bedroom Loft Units at Main & 20th
These one bedroom loft units are interesting. They are located on the ground floor of the building, and offer a multi level loft style unit with double height ceilings, 1.5 bathrooms, linear kitchen and some have large patios.
Buyer’s Information for Main & 20th
Completion is set for Winter 2019, but development’s are often delayed, so expect to to be done sometime in 2020. They are asking for a 20% deposit over the first 6 months after you come to an accepted offer to purchase a unit: $35,000 with a signed contract, balance of 10% within 7 days after a signed contract and another 10% after 180 days. Deposits can often be negotiated, so let us know if you need a different payment plan.
