If you’ve been driving by Main and East 20th recently, you’ve known that something new was coming up on the corner – we finally have some information for you, with much more to come in the next few weeks!
There will be a new 4 storey condo building, marketed as “Main and Twentieth”. The building will feature 42 homes – a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and loft units – with restaurant or retail on the ground level. The initial information we have indicates that the units will have “generous” outdoor spaces (the image above shows balconies that look a touch wider than average) with a lush central courtyard.
The building was designed by Yamamoto Architects and is being developed by Landa Global. I have clients who purchased in a Landa building a few years ago (BOLD on Fraser), and the Completion Date is (finally!) a few weeks away, so I’ll be able to comment on quality of finishings and the Developer’s handling of the possession.
