East Park on Main St and East 35th is a new condo development in East Vancouver that has just been released for sale. Developed by Boffo Properties, this development will be two buildings (one facing Main St and one facing Quebec St) with a lane between the buildings. East Park will offer 35 units ranging from one bedroom + flex units to townhouses to large penthouse units with rooftop decks. Completion is estimated for Spring 2017. The building will be a modern brick clad building with a grey and white exterior, and lots of greenery acting as privacy for the townhouse units.

Features of East Park
Every home in East park will offer some kind of outdoor space that is at least 70sqft (though most units have much more). The townhouses will have covered ground floor patios and private yards and the penthouses will have main level balconies and rooftop decks, with the one bedroom and two bedrooms units offering nice balconies. Given the Main and E 35th location of East Park, the upper level units facing towards the mountains and the city should have some views of the mountain.
East Park offers a variety of different floor plans, but the floor plans with “L” kitchens will also feature a built in island, whereas the one bedroom units will have galley kitchens to maximize the use of the space and allow the homeowner a little more flexibility in organizing the space. Units in East Park will come with two colour schemes – dark and light (see photo below).

The Location of East Park is pretty great. Main Street itself has a lot of great bars, restaurants and shops south of East 21st Ave (seriously, Meet on Main, GRUB, Shameful Tiki Room, BC Liquor Store, East is East, etc), and you’ll also be only a few blocks to Queen Elizabeth Park (which has lots of green space, a fantastic Community Centre, Farmers Market and the Vancouver Canadians Baseball Games).
