The Hayden, at 335 East 16th Ave
Hayden is a new townhouse development hitting the Vancouver Real Estate Market Fall 2015. Hayden Townhouses will be located on East 16th between Sophia St and Prince Edward St, which is only a few blocks to Main St where you’ll find all the great restaurants, bars, shopping and transit. There’s Burgoo Bistro, Toshi Sushi, JJ Bean, Shopper’s Drug Mart, El Camino’s, Forty Ninth Parallel, Brewery Creek Cold Beer and Wine, The Acorn, and lots more.
The Hayden Townhouse complex will have a handful of townhouse units for sale, likely 16 units ranging from 2 bedroom units to 3 bedroom units, though this won’t be confirmed until the Development has Development Approval from the City of Vancouver. Prices, floor plans, and specific details pertaining to the units and design will be available at that time as well.
Hayden is being developed by InHaus Development, which is a modern development firm based in Vancouver with experience in Seattle, Burnaby and Vancouver. They previously developed 16East, which is another townhouse complex in Mount Pleasant.
