Mount Pleasant East is one of the hottest neighbourhoods in Vancouver, straddling the point between Vancouver East and Vancouver West. The architecture found in this East Van neighbourhood is a mix of character houses and modern designs, with parks, Main St shops , Olympic Village and the Seawall, bike paths and downtown nearby.
Q16 is a new townhome development by Handmade Developments. With a total of 10 townhomes, this development should sell fairly quickly now that sales have start. The building is already in construction mode, so it won’t be long before the units are finished (in 2015).
There is one 2 bedroom unit, but otherwise units are all 3 level, 3 bedroom townhomes with roof top decks, a balcony off the second floor and a patio off the main level entrance (with a gated entrance). There are slight differences in exposure between units, and slight differences in floor plans, but otherwise the units all have living space on the mail level and the bedrooms above. Units range from 1,000 sqft to about 1.300 sqft.
