We are working on your behalf – not the Seller’s – so we’ll negotiate with your best interests in mind. The Seller is using a Real Estate Agent, so you’d be doing a disservice to yourself if you don’t do the same. The East Vancouver Real Estate Market is moving quickly these days, and you need to stay on top of the market, and see good potential homes as soon as they’re listed – we’ll make sure that happens.

One other reason to use a Real Estate Agent? We have access to many unlisted properties that you wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The WeLoveEastVan Team is comprised of well respected agents in Vancouver, and we strive to maintain good relationships with other agents – this is very helpful in negotiations and in knowing what’s coming up. We often chat with agents to see if they have any upcoming listings that haven’t yet hit the market – if we hear of one that would be good for one of our clients we’ll try to get you in to see it before anyone else. Case in point – our recent sale at the Newport on Main: 235 East 19th Ave. This unit had an accepted offer before it hit the market, giving the Buyer’s a chance to nab a great property without having to compete with other Buyers, while the Seller gets to avoid weekly Open Houses and constant showings. We also may have access to previous clients who have expressed an interest in selling their home in the near future.
