Take a look at the patio on this 1 bedroom unit a few blocks from Main St. Though you’re near by other condos, you’ll see that there’s quite a bit of privacy from the evergreens surrounding the patio. You also have your own private gate off the patio, which is perfect for dog owners. The building is old but it’s been very well maintained, with a new parking membrane in 2013, roof in 2007, boiler in 2010 and still a large contingency fund. You’re only 2 blocks to one of the best areas of Main St with new restaurants and breweries nearby, ad some of East Van’s best shopping only a few blocks south down Main.
