Hanna is a new townhouse development in Mount Pleasant, located at E 16th and St George, only a few blocks east to Fraser St, and a few blocks west to Main St. Hanna features 21 homes ranging from one bedroom units starting at 500sqft to three bedroom units as big as 1450sqft, with prices varying from the high $500k’s to over $1.1-million. Frances Living is a new townhouse development located at the corner of Frances and Victoria Dr, putting you within walking distance of both Commercial Drive and Hastings-Sunrise. Frances living will feature 2 and 3 bedroom units with rooftop decks or patios. Sales haven’t officially started for the complex, so prices have not been released, though given the comparable sales in the neighbourhood, I would imagine the 3 bedroom units to start at $1.1-million (of not, more), though that is only at guess at this point.
