Being near the edge of Vancouver Heights, this home has view of the water and mountains. Listed for $1,988,000, it sold 23 days later for $1,850,000.

The least expensive East Vancouver House sale was a tear down on a 33′ x 98.5′ lot in Renfrew Heights. It was listed for $658,800 and sold 28 days later for $646,000.
