Prices remain in the low $700k price range, with a slight decrease in price per sqft. The most active market was the $800k to $900k price range, which is where bigger higher end townhouses fall along with some half duplexes. The three and four bedroom units had a high sales to active ratio, showing the demand for family sized units.
